What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 until 00:00, and check-out is from 07:00 until 12:00. The front desk is open 24 hours, and express or private check-in and check-out are available.
How far is the hotel from Al Ain city centre and the airport?
The hotel is about 20 km from the centre of Al Ain and 25.2 km from Al Ain International Airport, with a travel time of around 90 minutes. An airport transfer can be arranged for 450 AED.
Is parking available?
Yes. On-site parking is free of charge, with additional parking nearby, valet parking and a car power charging station.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is served as a buffet with Asian, continental and vegetarian options. When it is not included in the room rate, it is charged at 60 AED per person.
Is there a swimming pool?
The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with water slides, a separate kids pool and a hot tub. Please note that the swimming pool is temporarily closed for maintenance from 5 January 2026 until further notice.
Is the hotel suitable for families with children?
Yes. Family rooms, a kids club, a playground, a kids pool, water slides and a game room make it a popular choice for family stays.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and in the public areas of the hotel.

Is a deposit required?
The property requires a damage deposit of 200 AED on check-in. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Can I drive up the mountain in a normal car?
Yes. Guests can drive up the Jebel Hafeet mountain road in a standard sedan car.
